職務概要:
ビジネスコンサルタントは、Domo 導入企業に対して、顧客の事業課題や DX/BX構想の整理、業務定着・組織設計に至るまで一貫して支援する役割を担います。顧客の「ありたい姿」やビジネス課題を明らかにし、変革のビジョンを描いたうえで、multi-functional チーム(テクニカルコンサルタントや営業等)と連携し、業務現場への Domo 定着・横展開をリードしていきます。
職務内容:
顧客の DX 全体構想(ビジョン策定、ToBe 業務設計、変革ロードマップ)の立案・推進
KPI 設計および KPI 運用の仕組み化・定着化支援
組織デザイン(CoE 設計、イネーブルメント支援)、業務改革の実行支援
顧客内の成功部門(ファーストペンギン)を起点とした他部署への横展開支援
顧客エグゼクティブとの議論・意思決定ファシリテーション
テーマ選定、変革プロジェクトのリード
顧客の現場と経営層の間をつなぐトランスフォーメーションリーダーとして、業務とテクノロジーの両面から顧客の成功をリード
顧客の戦略やビジョンを構築する段階から参画し、Domo を「当たり前のように業務に使われる状態」に導く
顧客のビジネス成功を最優先とした行動を徹底し、強いエンゲージメントと信頼関係を構築
「顧客の一員」のように振る舞い、顧客内で Domo がビジネスインフラとなる状態を実現
応募資格:
5 年以上のビジネスまたは IT コンサルティングの実務経験(特に顧客のリードをする立場での経験を求めます。)
5 年以上の事業会社における経営企画、業務改革、DX/BX 推進の実務経験
DX 構想・業務デザイン・KPI 設計・組織変革等の上流支援経験
顧客に寄り添いながらもリードするマインドと高いオーナーシップ
優れた論理的思考力、課題解決力、チームプレイ能力
歓迎するスキル・ご経験:
BI や Domo などのクラウド型データ分析基盤の知識または、導入支援経験
複数部署にまたがる業務変革プロジェクトのリード経験
DWH などのデータ基盤の知識または、導入支援経験
AI に関する知識または、AI システム導入支援経験
企業戦略、企業ビジョン、事業構想策定支援経験
