企業の最も大切な資源とされる「ヒト」を管理する人事部にて、人事全般業務、給与、採用、人材育成、人事計画の立案と実行を担当するポジションです。

(業務内容)
給与、採用、人材評価、人事育成、人事計画の立案と実行など人事全般業務。
日本国内において、本社経営戦略や事業計画に沿った人事計画を計画・実施する。
人事関連に関する問い合わせ窓口として、従業員の相談役となる。
年間人事計画の策定(人事査定、給与・賞与の設定、昇給・昇格の基準作り、適切な人材配置、人材育成等)の実施。
労務管理業務全般。就業規則の周知・労働法を遵守しつつ、労務管理、人事管理、勤怠管理等を行う。
日本国内・国外において、従業員の人事異動や人材育成等をサポートする。
日本国内・国外の人事部と連携し、日常人事業務や複雑な人事案件に対応すること。
人事データを分析し、分析したデータを活用することで改善点を見つけ、データに基づいて、客観的な意思決定を行う。
管理職・ 従業員向けに人事研修やワークショップを企画・実施する。


(応募条件)
大卒以上希望。経験に応じて高卒も検討。
大手企業・外資系企業での人事一般業務(人材採用・人事評価・人材育成・給与・労務管理等)経験5年以上必須。
経営陣と連携しながら、会社全体の成長や事業達成に向けて情熱をお持ちの方。
日本国内の労働法全般に関し深い知識があること。労働組合のある職場での実務経験があれば尚可。
日英ビジネスレベル必須。
