As an HR operation administrator on HR transactional tasks, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Responding to HR-related inquiries from employees (investigating and responding)

- Procedures related to hiring, retirement/termination, leave of absence (LOA), and returning from LOA: Sending and receiving documents between employees and between their superiors, registering and updating necessary information in the company human capital database (Workday), filling out and updating information in ledgers kept by HR department, and responding to questions.
入社・退社・休職・復職の手続き関連:対象社員や上司との間の書類の発送・受領、人事情報データベース(Workday)への必要情報の登録・更新、人事で保存している台帳への記入・情報更新、質問への回答
- Operational support for non-statutory employee benefit programs (company housing, employee savings plans, group insurance, etc.)
Company housing: Assistance with move-in and move-out procedures, payment processing, accounting journal entries, and inquiries.
Employee savings and group insurance: Assistance with enrollment, enrollment, cancellation, and refund procedures, preparation, and submission of data to banks and insurance companies, payment processing, etc.
Relocation: Validating enrollment, Processing payment for transportation expenses, relocation expenses, and children's school expenses.
Various allowances: Reviewing application details, preparing payroll data, and responding to inquiries.

転勤:交通費、転居費用、子女の学校関連費用の申請査定、支払処理
各種手当:申請内容のチェック、給与データ作成、問い合わせ対応
- Prepare HR reports and share with stakeholders (prepare various HR reports based on Workday data at the beginning, end and middle of each month and share with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, etc.))
人事レポートの作成、関係者への連携(毎月初・月末・月中にWorkdayデータを基にして各種人事レポートを作成し、関係者(人事、財務、IT、他)に連携する)
- Preparation and issuance of various certificates (certificates of employment, etc.): Confirmation of application details from employees, entry of necessary information for certificates, stamping of company seal, and delivery of documents to the employee
各種証明書の作成・交付(在籍証明書等):社員からの申請内容の確認、証明書必要情報の記入、会社印押印、社員への書類の送付
- Administrative work related to corporate pensions (DB and/or DC): Sending and receiving documents to and from new employees and retirees, hiring information on joining, loss of eligibility, and changes to the vendor system, processing payments to vendors, stamping and sending various documents requested by vendors, assisting with annual updates to the employee ledger, etc.

- Administrative work related to the health insurance association: Sending documents from TOKYO PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY HEALTH INSURANCE SOCIETY (TOKYO YAKUGYO KEMPO) to employees' home address, collecting documents sent by employees, and supporting the collection and response of information requested by TOKYO YAKUGYO KEMPO.
健康保険組合に関する事務業務:東薬健保からの書類の社員自宅宛て発送、社員から送付され書類の回収、東薬健保から要請された情報の収集・返答のサポート
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 3+ years of HR operation experience in HR admin., Benefits, Pension, Health Insurance related area.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills, and ability to develop relationships and appropriately influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Fluent English and Microsoft office skills (mainly on Excel)
- Logic thinking skills.
- Time management skills
- With good mindset of continuous improvement
