National Aerospace Manager
Located in Osaka, Japan, this role involves overseeing the Air Logistics team to ensure delivery of customer and operational excellence.
Your Role
You will lead the team by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key objectives such as:Your Responsibilities
- Supervise team members, set SMART goals, streamline processes, and update training records.
- Implement new systems within the department.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
- Develop and maintain relationships with SME customers through regular business reviews.
- Evaluate vendors' core competencies and competitive positioning to reduce business costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, global aerospace defense policy, and engine policy manual.
- Be responsible for all aviation and aerospace product audits.
- Manage the relevant profit and loss, including meeting key performance indicators.
