Your Responsibilities
- Manage Order Data: Monitor outbound and inbound order information in our systems and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners.
- Maintain Inventory: Optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts to ensure efficient inventory control.
- Partner Management: Collaborate with warehouse and carrier partners by scheduling regular meetings to review orders, improve processes, explain new products, and create meeting minutes in both Japanese and English.
- Shipping Documentation: Prepare export shipping documents and packing instructions for seamless deliveries.
- Document Handling: Manage document requests from the US & Tokyo branch and provide accurate responses.
- SOP Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide team members.
Your Skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and Shopify.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data management.
- Prioritize tasks, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in document handling, inventory management, and compliance-related tasks.
- Excellent communication skills
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Previous experience as an Operations Associate or similar role preferred but not required.
- Experience in operations, procurement, or related field demonstrating understanding of inventory management, shipping processes, and supplier negotiations preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at our Osaka warehouse is mandatory.
