Job Title
Lead and support training center operations in direct markets, developing training program strategies. Foster a high-performing team, collaborate with stakeholders, and represent Customer Training as part of local leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer training leadership, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to allocate training support.
- Hire, develop, and train team members to meet company needs; mentor experienced staff and develop future leaders.
- Effectively manage cross-functional communications, capturing the voice of the function and providing clear direction.
- Develop education strategies with national IDNs and surgical societies.
- Represent Customer Training locally.
- Establish new training centers as needed.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews.
- Leverage technology to maximize training effectiveness.
- Ensure sustained performance and development of a highly skilled team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience, including 4+ years in Training/Professional Education.
- B.A./B.S. degree required or equivalent clinical/medical degree.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and execute a strategic plan.
- Strong interpersonal skills, influencing and building collaborations with customers.
- Ability to build, manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Success in managing training projects with measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical disease states, surgical applications, and operating room environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
