Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging in-store experiences that focus on customer satisfaction.
• Tell the brand story by understanding our values and communicating them effectively to customers.
• Communicate product knowledge and describe items accurately.
• Anticipate and meet customer needs with empathy and customized service.
• Collaborate on special projects through our 'LAB Experience' initiative.
• Stay up-to-date on product information and company procedures.
• Participate in Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed.
• Support sales activities as a Sales Associate when not on tour or co-creating.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate elevated artistic skills and craftsmanship.
• Show self-motivation, a positive attitude, and professional selling techniques.
• Have good customer focus, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Be a strong team player.
• Speak basic Japanese.
