Your Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Deluxe Hotel Staff Member.

You will be responsible for preparing our venues and providing exceptional service to each guest, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing venues according to standard operating procedures
• Maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times
• Supporting inventory management, ordering, and operations
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment
• Providing expertly served beverage and dining experiences to our guests
• Maximizing sales and profit through excellent value and service
• Building rapport with regular guests and utilizing up-selling techniques

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Flexibility to work any shift, including daytime and evening shifts
• A willingness to live close to the hotel due to early operations
• English and Japanese verbal skills (desirable)
• Multitasking abilities
• The ability to communicate effectively with local and international guests

Estimated Salary: ¥250,000-¥350,000 per month.
