仕事内容: 関東・関西エリア全域で医療・福祉業界に特化した新規事業所の
開発担当のお仕事です。
具体的には、資料請求者への電話対応、説明会の企画・運営、建
設会社、地主様との商談等を行って頂きます。また、設立に伴う
申請書類の作成や、プレゼン等も担って頂ける方を募集致します
従事すべき業務の変更範囲:職種変更の可能性あり ※業務の系統と同一の会社が定める範囲
転勤の可能性:あり ※就業規則における異動の範囲
資格: ★要普通運転免許(AT限定可)
★営業経験、福祉・医療業界の知識がある方
、開発経験のある方優遇致します。
※意欲・人柄を考慮し採用を行う為、未経験
でもやる気のある方は歓迎致します。
勤務時間: 〇勤務時間
8:45-17:45(休憩60分)
休日・休暇:
年間休日・休暇:120日 (夏冬5日、リフレッシュ2日、有休義務5日 含む)
休日:月9休制(シフト制)
有給休暇:法定通り
育休・産休:取得後復帰実績多数
介護・看護休暇:取得実績あり
慶弔休暇:本人結婚の場合、最長9日間
