仕事内容: AL Clinic & Medical Fitness の経営をお任せします。

基本事業コンセプトに則りながら事業計画作成と予算実施責任を担っていただきます。

当院は医療サービスではありますが、病気の治療よりは病気の予防を医師の管理下で目指すという医療の新分野であるロンジェビティ医療サービスのクリニックです。

クリニック経営で医師や看護師などの医療従事者との協働経験はもちろん役に立ちますが、自由診療クリニックですので、「再生医療クリニック」或いは「高級会員サービス」や「ハイエンド個人向けサービス」などのビジネスを成功に導いた経験が本ポジションにはプラスかもしれません。

勤務時間: 勤務時間 9~18時 (休憩1時間)

給与の備考: 上記の月給は目安であり、個人の経験と実績により

固定給+インセンティブ額(KPI手当等)を決めます。

試用期間6ヶ月(試用期間中条件変更なし)
