職長とは、作業責任者とのことで、弊社では据付作業を行う責任者です。

実際の現場でゼネコンや他業種と日々打合せしながら工期通りに施工を完了することが求められます。

テクニカルスキルがあり、共同作業者への配慮も必要な仕事です。

【選考基準】

  • 電気や機械に関する知識を持ち、その原理を据付に応用できることが重要となります。
  • 昇降機等の据付の経験のある方は優遇します
  • エレベーターの建設職としてのキャリアを追求することに関心がある方
  • 普通自動車免許必須
  • 電気と機械に自信のある方
  • 図面の読み方や計算に自信のある方
  • 技術的な製品や新技術の習得に熱心な方

時間:08時45分〜17時30分

時間外労働:あり(月平均35時間)

36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)

賃金:206,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)

昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(本年度実績)

賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.29ヶ月分(前年度実績)

・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。

・有給休暇は入社時に付与します:前職の付与日数を考慮します

・2024年度全社平均有給取得日数:14日間
