オーチスで働きませんか?オーチスには、コラボレーション・イノベーション・エンパワーメントを重視し、「人」と「会社」の成長に向けて取り組む環境があります。 日本オーチス・エレベータ(株)では現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーターの調整員を募集しています。
調整員はメカニックが据え付けたエレベーター、エスカレーターをお客様へ引き渡す為に最終的に仕上げる仕事です。乗りごごち調整、異音除去、監視盤などのオペレーションチェック、そして完了検査対応も行います。時には不具合対応も行うとても専門性の高い業務です。アジャスターは現場を収める最後の砦的役割を担います。
選考基準
- 昇降機の調整業務の経験をお持ちの方
- 電気や機械に関する知識を持ち、その原理を据付に応用できることが重要となります。
- 昇降機等の据付の経験のある方は優遇します
- エレベーターの据付工事職としてのキャリアを追求することに関心がある方
- 普通自動車免許必須
- 電気と機械に自信のある方
- 図面の読み方や計算に自信のある方
- 技術的な製品や新技術の習得に熱心な方

時間:08時45分〜17時30分時間外労働:あり(月平均35時間)
36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)
賃金:220,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)
昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(本年度実績)
賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.29ヶ月分(前年度実績)
・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。
・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。
・有給休暇は入社時に付与します:前職の付与日数を考慮します
・2024年度全社平均有給取得日数:14日間
