家賃保証契約の「窓口」を整える

営業推進事務のお仕事

不動産会社・賃貸人様との調整・説明が

中心となります。

全国に展開する家賃保証サービスにおいて

保証契約の窓口情報(不動産会社・賃貸

人様)に関する変更・調整業務をお任せします。

物件の売買や管理会社変更などに伴い

発生する契約窓口の変更について、

不動産会社・賃貸人様へ説明・調整を

行います。

単なる事務処理ではなく、商品内容を理解

したうえで行う営業推進に近い役割です。

  • 保証契約を継続するのに必要な書類の確認、

取得に向けたご案内

  • 不動産会社・賃貸人様からの

問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)

  • 書面のやり取り

(FAX/メール/電子契約 等)

  • 契約内容・進捗状況の社内共有、

他チームとの連携

※新規の飛び込み営業やノルマはありません。

説明・調整・確認が中心の業務です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

※残業月20時間程度

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万4000円 〜 25万7000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 賞与年2回、決算賞与(実績あり)
  • 通勤交通費支給(規定あり)
  • 残業代別途支給(月20時間の想定:35,000円/月)

家賃10万円以上:4万円

家賃6万円以上~10万円未満:3万円
