Job Summary
パートナーアライアンス営業統括本部の本マネージャーポジションでは、ディストリビューター様との戦略的パートナーシップの開発および管理を推進し、弊社の売上成長と市場でのプレゼンス拡大をドライブ頂きます。マネージャーとしてのチームマネジメント力のみならず、ハンズオンでのパートナーセールスにおける実績、卓越したコミュニケーションスキル、既存および新規のパートナー/ディストリビューター様との強固な戦略的アライメント、ビジネス創出をリード頂き、NetApp Japanに貢献頂くリーダーとしてご活躍頂きます。
パートナーに対する営業活動を推進頂くため、活動範囲は全国となります(リモート会議、対面会議、出張等あり)。
・販売目標と事業目標を達成するための包括的なパートナー販売戦略の策定および実行
・中長期的視点での戦略的アライメント、パートナー様との付加価値醸成とオファリング策定
・パートナー/グループ会社のフロント部門及び販売推進部門へ弊社関連製品の拡販活動及び販売機会の創出
・社内ステークホルダー(マーケティング、製品開発、カスタマーサポート部門等)と協力した、パートナーへの拡販活動
・弊社製品/サービスとパートナー製品/サービスを組み合わせたソリューション開発及びその拡販活動(製品トレーニングやサポート等)
・弊社営業部門とパートナー営業部門とのリレーション構築及び新しいビジネスエリアのエンゲージメント
・デジタルトランスフォーメーション分野で、パートナーと社外テックアライアンス等と連携した新規ビジネス創出
Job Requirements
必要な条件/経験
・IT業界でパートナー営業として15年以上のご経験
・ITインフラ、クラウドソリューションの提案経験
・社内、社外での強固なleadershipとGrow mindset
・目標の達成に持続的に取り組め、数字への責任感のある方
・口頭及び文書での優れたコミュニケーション/プレゼンテーション能力
・日本語Nativeレベル並びにビジネスレベルでの英語力

・マネージャー経験またリーダー経験等があれば尚可
・ディストリビューター様とのパートナー協業
・デジタルトランスフォーメーション関連で、外資系ベンダーと連携した戦略立案、協業推進の経験
・複雑な課題を戦略的に捉えた提案の実施、アクションプラン立案経験
・バックグラウンドの違うメンバーとチームワークを構築し、部門を超えて共同作業をする能力
・営業として担当顧客及びパートナーの経営層とのリレーション構築スキル
