仕事内容

全国に展開する家賃保証サービスを支える、

請求・送金管理に関わる事務業務をお任せ

します。

入居者様・不動産会社・オーナー様をつなぐ

お金の流れを正確に管理するのが仕事です。

<具体的には>

  • 請求金額/送金金額の確認・確定
  • データのチェック、修正、登録業務
  • 請求明細の作成・送付
  • 送金口座情報の確認
  • 請求内容や明細に関するお問い合わせ対応

(電話・メール)

※大量のデータを扱いますが、

業務フローは整っており、

一つずつ確認しながら進める仕事です。

基本給:月給 22万4000円 〜 25万7000円

固定残業代:なし

  • 賞与年2回、決算賞与(実績あり)
  • 通勤交通費支給あり(規定あり)
  • 残業代別途支給(月20時間の想定:35,000円/月)
