仕事内容
提携先にてお客様の手続きや今後の準備についてご案内するポジション。お客様との会話から相続のお悩みを伺い、必要に応じて社内の専門スタッフへつなぎます。

ご紹介いただいたお客様に対して、
面談に同席しながら「これからの暮らし」など
ニーズをヒアリング。

お住まいや持ち物の整理
思い出の品や供養のご相談
相続や年金などの手続きのサポート など
幅広いサービスをご案内しながら、必要に応じて社内の専門スタッフへ
つなぎます。
また、面談の記録や進捗の管理、提携先(葬儀社・金融機関など)との
打ち合わせや報告も担当。
新しく提携する企業へのヒアリングも行います。

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 308400円 ~ 363700円
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
みなし残業代:57,400円~67,700円
みなし残業時間:30.00時間
試用期間あり
試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
