今回募集しているポジション:
コンサルティング会社のクライアントに対してサービスを提供するClient Solution Teamへの配属となります。クライアント企業の調査ニーズに応じて、データベースから該当する有識者をサーチ、スクリーニング、売り込みを行い、オンラインインタビューの機会を設けることで、クライアント企業の業界・企業のリサーチ、仮説の検証のサポートを行って頂きます。多くの案件で迅速な対応を求められる為、限られたタイムフレームの中で、複数のクライアントの要望の分析・優先付けを行い、的確な候補者及びソリューションを提供することが求められます。オンラインインタビューの手配以外にも、対面でのインタビューやB2Bサーベイ、その他の様々な有識者を介したソリューションの売り込み、提案にも関わって頂く予定です。
一次面接の前に採用担当者とのカジュアルな面談を設けており、GLGについて、募集ポジションについてご説明いたします。募集要項からはわからないことなども質問いただくことも可能です。
主な業務の流れ:
- クライアント企業からの要望やニーズをヒアリング
- 有識者データベースの中から適任者をサーチ(対象者がいない、少ない場合はこちらから提案)
- 外部人材データベースの中から適任者をサーチ
- 候補者に連絡し、受諾の可否及びスクリーニング
- インタビューの日程調整
- クライアントと有識者間でインタビュー実施

- 大卒以上
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 自発的に考え行動できる方
- チームワークができる方(個人のみならず、組織全体が結果を出すために判断、行動できる方)
- 2年以上のB2Bのクライアント対応の経験をお持ちの方(サービス、営業、アカウントマネージメント)
- マルチタスクの経験をお持ちの方
- 好奇心旺盛で、問題解決が好きな方(様々な業界の調査依頼があります)
