Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:

  • Serve as multilingual liaison for South Korea and Japanbased clients
  • Lead client implementations and onboarding across operations
  • Manage daytoday client relationships and serve as primary contact
  • Translate technical and contractual information between clients and teams
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and prepare client satisfaction reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency gains

技術的および契約上の情報をクライアントとチームの間で翻訳

内部チームと連携し、クライアントの問題を解決
プロセス改善や効率向上の提案

Qualifications / 応募資格:

  • Native or near native fluency in Korean and Japanese (mandatory)
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years' experience in client service or account management
  • Experience in financial services or related technology service environment
  • Proven negotiation skills across languages and cultures
  • Strong understanding of operational delivery (data processing, programming)
  • Must be able to work on site in our Tokyo office
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing/issue tracking tools

東京オフィスでの勤務が可能な方
CRMシステムとチケット発行/問題追跡ツールの経験
