Our client, a company in the FinTech and Financial Services industry, is seeking a Client Services Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:
- Serve as multilingual liaison for South Korea and Japan-based clients
- Lead client implementations and onboarding across operations
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as primary contact
- Translate technical and contractual information between clients and teams
- Monitor service delivery metrics and prepare client satisfaction reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency gains

Qualifications / 応募資格:
- Native or near native fluency in Korean and Japanese (mandatory)
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years' experience in client service or account management
- Experience in financial services or related technology service environment
- Proven negotiation skills across languages and cultures
- Strong understanding of operational delivery (data processing, programming)
- Must be able to work on site in our Tokyo office
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing/issue tracking tools
