現在、GLGの東京オフィスでは、クライアントに対するサービスを提供するチームを率いる
マネージャー
を募集しています。本チームは、エキスパートインタビューを中心に、GLGのクライアントに対して価値の高いサービスの提供、管理を行います。
マネージャーは、クライアントソリューションズのチームのリーダーとして、優れたクライアントサービスの提供、人材育成、品質基準の担保に重要な役割を持ちます。また、世界各国のクライアントソリューションズチームと連携し、プロジェクト推進をサポートする役割も担います。
主な職務内容
- 4〜6名のチームを率い、質の高いサービスを提供し、売り上げの目標を達成する
- チームメンバーの育成(コーチング、フィードバック、パフォーマンスマネジメント)
- チームメンバーのプロジェクトのサポート(スコーピング、リソース配分、課題解決等)
- チームのリソース管理と、プロジェクトの配分の最適化
- アカウントごとの戦略の策定、および、実行
応募要件(必須)
- B2Bサービス、営業分野での実務経験:4〜5年以上
- 3名以上のチームを率いたマネジメント経験:2〜3年以上
- B2Bサービスの分野での、モチベーションの高い、ハイパフォーマンスなチームを構築した実績
- 一流大学での学士号または大学院修了
- ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力(口頭・文書・プレゼンテーションいずれも)
- スピードが求められる環境での業務経験と実績
- 成長志向、課題解決能力、実行力に優れた方
- 自ら責任を持ち、チームを率いて成果を出すリーダーシップ
- 様々なタイプのクライアントの違いの理解と、あらゆる業界への関心

GLGは、公正で公平な報酬慣行にコミットしています。実際の報酬は、候補者ごとに異なるいくつかの要因に基づいて決定されます。これには、スキルセット、経験の深さ、資格、特定の勤務地などが含まれますが、これらに限りません。特定の役職では、インセンティブ報酬が適用される場合もあります。
