In this role, you will lead growth efforts for a creative agency specializing in packaging and digital brand experiences.
You will act as a strategic consultant, proactively generating new leads and identifying the specific business challenges (pain points) of potential clients to offer tailored, design-led solutions.

Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify, research, and approach potential clients to build a robust new business pipeline.
Consultative Discovery:
Conduct in-depth discovery with prospective clients to extract their core business pain points and brand needs.
Solution Design:
Craft and deliver compelling proposals that position agency services as a direct solution to the client's specific objectives.
End-to-End Relationship Management: Lead the sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
Operational Collaboration:
Work with internal creative and project teams to ensure the proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Financial Management:
Oversee project estimates, quotations, and invoicing for transparency and accuracy.

オペレーションにおけるコラボレーション:
社内のクリエイティブチームおよびプロジェクトチームと連携し、提案されたソリューションが期限通りに予算内で提供されるようにします。
財務管理:
プロジェクトの見積、見積書、請求書発行を監督し、透明性と正確性を確保します。
Key Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of sales or new business experience in advertising, print, or a global/foreign-affiliated company.
Languages:
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Preferred Skills:
B2B sales experience in creative fields such as packaging, digital, and branding.
