・営業計画の策定および実行
・市場動向を踏まえた販売戦略の立案
・新規顧客/新規ビジネス機会の開拓と実行計画の策定
・販売チャネルにおける年間戦略計画の作成
・Win/Loss分析の実施および製品/マーケティング/経営層への定期的報告
・国内外の関連部署やステークホルダーとの連携および関係構築
・月次・四半期レビューでの状況報告および改善提案
必須条件:
・医療業界にて5年以上の営業経験
・定量データに基づいた分析・判断能力および高い注意力
あれば尚良い:
・事業成長や新規市場開拓に携わった経験
・製品価値検証、事業ケース策定、マーケティング/戦略企画/財務領域での議論・調整の経験
・医療機器に関する薬事・品質保証・製造プロセスへの理解
