建設・建装に関わる様々な商材の営業に挑戦してみませんか?

  • 年間休日122日/完全週休2日制(土日祝)
  • 残業月15h程度/賞与5.782ヶ月分支給(前年実績)

建材事業本部の「非住宅」、「住宅」、「再生可能エネルギー資材」の3分野の中の

いずれかの分野にて営業を担っていただきます。

これまでのご経験や、ご希望に合わせて配属先を決定していきます。

「機能商社」として、商品の販売だけでなく、「物流」や「施工」まで請け負う体制を整えており、提案の幅を広げることができます

非住宅分野について

・壁材

・巻付け耐火被覆材

・パイル

・土木資材

・断熱材

……大型物流施設や工場を主とした非住宅建築物で使用する高機能な建設資材やパイル・土木資材など

住宅分野について

Q:営業の特徴は?

A:新規:既存=6:4となり、新規へ注力していただく業務です。

新規=折込営業(設計事務所やゼネコンへの商品提案・販売)

Q:扱う商材は?

A:

・外壁材

・屋根材

・オール電化商材(エコキュート/IHクッキングヒーター)

・内装材(壁紙 /フローリング材 )

・断熱材

……住環境の安全性・快適性・省エネ性の向上に欠かせない商材や内装に関わる商材など

再生可能エネルギー資材分野について

A:既存顧客のフォローが中心となります。

A:

・産業用/住宅用太陽光発電システム

・ソーラーカーポート

・蓄電池

・自社開発架台「スマートラック」
