仕事内容:

未経験から始める営業事務 完全週休2日&残業月10H以内

今回募集するのは、物件契約に関する営業事務。100%内勤で、申込書の確認や保証会社への審査依頼、契約スケジュール調整、契約書作成、物件オーナーや不動産仲介業者との連絡、オンラインでの契約締結や鍵の引渡し手配などを担当します。お客様との対面対応はありません。

入社後は教育担当の先輩がOJTで丁寧にレクチャー。週1回の社内勉強会もあり、勤務時間内で業界知識を深められます。未経験からスタートした先輩も多く、歯科衛生士や自衛官、販売・接客、美容系カウンセラーなど異業種出身者が活躍中です。

服装・髪型・ネイル自由、在宅ワークも相談可能。完全週休2日制で有給消化率95%、残業は月0~10時間(繁忙期でも20時間程度)と働きやすい環境です。事務職でも成果に応じて昇給・昇格が可能で、キャリアアップも目指せます。

(賞与込み/※残業代・交通費は別途支給)

月収例:年収450万円/29歳・営業事務職・経験2年

【給与詳細】

・月給には固定残業代(52,000円~70,000円/月30時間分)を含む

・超過分は別途支給(実際の残業は月平均10時間程度)

・昇給あり:年2回(9月、3月)

・賞与あり:年1回(8月~10月/会社業績による)

・試用期間:3ヶ月(条件変更なし)
