【職務概要】

経営層と密に連携しながら、事業責任者・部長クラスなどのハイレイヤー採用戦略の立案から実行までを一気通貫で推進いただきます。

【職務詳細】

・経営層・事業責任者との採用要件定義、ポジション設計

・エグゼクティブ層の採用戦略・チャネル戦略立案

・市場リサーチ、ターゲットリスト設計、スカウト活動

・候補者体験(Candidate Experience)の改善・最適化

・経営・人事など関係部門との連携、タレントプール構築

※エグゼクティブ採用を中心としつつ、事業拡大に伴い各部門の採用にも関与いただきます。

☆経営陣との距離が近く、事業・組織の成長フェーズに深く関われる

会社の定めるすべての業務(在籍出向を含む)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・中途採用業務経験(事業会社または人材紹介会社にて3年以上)

・エグゼクティブ/ハイレイヤー(部長クラス以上)採用経験

・経営層・事業責任者との要件定義/折衝経験

【尚可】

・急成長しているIT、ベンチャー、スタートアップ業界など変化の激しい環境での採用経験

・エンジニア職種を含む専門性高いポジションの採用経験

・ダイレクトリクルーティングまたはサーチ業務の経験

【給与】

年収:600万~800万程度

年俸制:月額500000円

給与:■ご経験・スキルを考慮して決定いたします

賞与:年俸制のためなし

昇給:年2回

【勤務地】

東京都渋谷区千駄ケ谷5丁目27ー5 リンクスクエア新宿11階

各線「新宿」駅徒歩6分

勤務地変更の範囲:会社(出向先の会社を含む)の定める事業所・場所

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム/11:00~15:00)※フレキシブルタイム/7:00~22:00

【雇用・契約形態】

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月(給与は本採用時と同額))

【休日・休暇】

完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日、年次有給休暇(10日~最大20日/入社日に3日付与/6ヶ月経過後に7日付与)、年末年始休暇(12/30~1/4)、夏季休暇、慶弔休暇、誕生日休暇、リフレッシュ休暇(勤続10年で5日間)、産休・育休制度、子の看護休暇(※適用条件あり)
