概要
Scrum Inc. Japanでは、日本企業の組織変革を支援するアジャイルコンサルタント・コーチを募集しています。
このロールでは、さまざまな業界・組織のマネジメント層やエグゼクティブ層を含む全レイヤーと共創し、長期的なビジネス成果を共に追求します。
顧客が新たな戦略領域・技術領域で成長し続けるために、理想と現実のGAPを解決するアプローチだけでなく、ひとりひとりの想いや顧客内の共感を引き出しながら支援します。
変革の進め方の方針や計画の策定に留まらず、実践を通じて常に学びを得て、リーン・アジャイルな組織運営を継続的にアップデートして変革を推進します。
主な業務内容
長期的パートナーシップ構築
・お客様の企業価値向上を目的とし、本質的な組織変革を推進するパートナーとして、顧客戦略に沿った解決策を継続的に提案・提供する
組織変革支援(コンサルティング・コーチング・トレーニング)
・マネジメント含む組織全体でアジャイルマインドを醸成し、変革の必要性を検討・合意形成に導く
・組織の強み・課題を明らかにし、解決策としてのビジネスアジリティや組織運営モデルの理解浸透を図る
・成長戦略の具現化を支援し、アジャイル組織運営を実現するリーダーシップチームとプロダクトチームを立上げる
・組織運営モデルとしてリファレンスとなるパイロットの取り組みでクイックウィンを創出する
・組織内のルールやプロセス・文化の変革を促進し、定着化を図る

必須条件
<経験>
コンサルティングファームにて顧客の経営アジェンダに対するコンサルティング経験、または組織変革案件を推進した経験
または
事業会社における成長戦略(新規事業開発・DXなど)の推進、および組織変革経験
<スキル>
事業成果創出にむけて、課題の特定・解決をリードするスキル
顧客意思決定層との合意形成を促すスキル
経営陣から現場社員まで、様々な階層の人々の対話を促し、創造性を引き出すコーチングスキル
