私たちのお客様は、医療環境の加速度的な変化に伴い、これまで以上に高い生産性と質の高い経営が求められています。医療機器の購買においても、お客様が、購入した資産に対して陳腐化を防ぎ、より長期的に利活用できることが求められています。顧客セグメントや購買ニーズに応じた正しいライフサイクルビジネスの提案が強く求められています。サービスセールススペシャリストは、お客様に関わる全てのステークホルダーと緊密に連携しカスタマーエクスペリエンスの向上と次回の機器リプレースまでのライフサイクルをつなぐ役割を担います。

担当部門のエリアリーダーと協力し、保守ビジネスの売上と利益を最適に管理する
担当エリアの保守契約更新、新規保守契約について、契約管理の獲得実行を担う
担当エリアの保守サービスに、デジタルを基軸とする業務改善の付加価値サービス、アップグレードサービスを提案し、その獲得実行を担う
担当エリアの自社機器が次回安全にリプレースされる様、使用期間における顧客満足の最大化に努める
