Responsible for assisting the Senior Banquet Sales & Events Manager in generating targeted revenue and achieving MSS goals. Also supports marketing, planning, and organizational activities within the department.

スキル・資格
Formal university / hotel schooling at internationally recognized
institution
Native Japanese, with business level English
Computer literacy in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Abacus
Financial literacy
High level planning and organization skills with positive communication skill
Three years minimum, knowledge and experience in Banquet event sales a must
国際的に認められた大学またはホテル関連教育機関での学歴
日本語を母国語とし、ビジネスレベルの英語力を有すること

財務に関する知識

業務内容
Basic understanding of daily, weekly and monthly revenue by using the Abacus system and any other reports available
Take care of the business inquiries coming in by Phone and email and respond them timely with customer service in mind.
Assist the coordinator and manager on the business inquiries form and organize the administrative tasks.Update the event and program registration and take care of the billings.
Responsible for achieving the targeted revenue of banquet sales.
