Join a leading international SAP consultancy specializing in high-end technology services for large global industrial corporations.

Position 1:
SAP Consultant/Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO)


Main responsibilities:
Configure SAP Finance modules (FI-GL, AP, AR, AA) for complex business requirements.
Lead workshops using professional finance and accounting terminology.
Execute data migration for finance master and transactional data.
Implement Japan-specific legal, tax, and reporting solutions.


Required Skills:
5+ years of SAP Finance functional experience.
Minimum of two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Bilingual fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.
Hands-on expertise in SAP configuration and finance business processes.


Good to have skills:
Experience in manufacturing/product costing (P2DP), fixed assets/IFRS 16 (P2RFA), or revenue recognition (MP2C).
Prior involvement in pre-sales and proposal development.

Position 2:
SAP Senior Consultant - Logistics (SD)


Main responsibilities:
Own the process, functional, and technical design for SD modules.
Advise clients on S/4HANA feasibility through top-down workshops.
Drive end-to-end project activities across Japan and the APAC region.
Lead pre-sales initiatives and solutioning.


Required Skills:
7+ years of professional experience in SAP SD.
Proven hands-on experience in S/4HANA SD implementations.
Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.
Strong background in pre-sales and project delivery.


Good to have skills:
Experience as a team lead within the SD module.
Technical knowledge of ABAP programming.

Position 3:
SAP Senior Consultant - BI/BW


Main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solutions on SAP BW on HANA, BW/4 HANA, or Datasphere.
Design BDC programs for automated data migration and processing.
Establish strategies for data acquisition and cross-functional data modeling.
Ensure seamless integration between BI/BW and external systems.


Required Skills:
5+ years in SAP BI/BW or 2+ years with SAP Datasphere.
Hands-on proficiency in SAP BDC for migration and automation.
Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.


Good to have skills:
Strong proficiency in HANA SQL/modeling and ABAP CDS Views.
Ability to lead small teams and mentor junior consultants.

主な職務内容:

日本およびAPAC地域におけるエンドツーエンドのプロジェクト推進。
日本およびAPAC地域におけるプリセールス活動のサポート。


必須スキル:
7年以上のSAP SD(販売管理)における実務経験。
S/4HANA SDモジュールにおけるハンズオンでの導入プロジェクト経験。
日本語(JLPT N2レベル)および英語による流暢なコミュニケーション能力。
プリセールス活動およびプロジェクトデリバリーの確かな実績。


歓迎スキル:
SDチームのリード経験。
ABAPなどのプログラミング言語に関する知識。

ポジション 3:
SAP シニアコンサルタント - BI/BW


主な職務内容:
SAP BW on HANA、BW/4 HANA、またはDatasphereを用いたソリューションの開発・保守。
