Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Consultant - BI/BW to join our team in Tokyo, Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SAP BI/BW solutions, including SAP BW on HANA or BW/4HANA systems, or work with Datasphere to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and collect data requirements.
Design and implement strategies for data acquisition, storage, processing, and migration.
Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP BI/BW, BDC, and data-related projects.
Ensure the effective integration of SAP BI/BW and BDC solutions with other systems and applications.
Job requirements
We are looking for:
A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a technology-related discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is mandatory.
Bilingual Japanese/ English, Japanese language level JLPT N2, Japanese national preferred.
At least 5 years of experience developing SAP BI/BW solutions, including SAP BW on HANA or BW/4 HANA, or at least 2 years of experience with Datasphere.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP BDC (Batch Data Communication) for data migration and automation processes.Proven experience in data analysis, strategy development, and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong proficiency in HANA SQL/modeling and ABAP CDS Views.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
