主な職務内容
ガス電気水道、製造業クライアント向けのDXプロジェクトを担当していただきます
エネルギー消費、調達、輸送分野の業務プロセス分析
SAP/システム導入支援(要件定義、テスト、導入サポート)
業務改善の設計・文書化支援
チームメンバーおよびクライアントと協力し、最適なソリューションを提供すること
必須条件
経験・資格:
コンサルティング経験2〜5年程度
または、ITや業務改善に携わった経験
SAPまたは他のERPの知識
設計、導入、展開フェーズでの課題を積極的に解決できる問題解決力
顧客の中長期的なビジネス目標を理解してシステム導入を進められる、戦略的思考能力
優先順位や課題の変化に柔軟に対応できる適応力
ソフトスキル
チームワーク
クライアントの立場に立って物事を考えられること
ペースが速い環境で実力を発揮できること
語学力
日本語:ネイティブレベル (できればJLPT N1)
英語:できればビジネスレベル
歓迎条件
SAPモジュール(FICO, MM, WM, PP, SD, S/4Hana, Ariba)の実務経験があれば尚可
ユーティリティ業界または製造業界に明るい方歓迎
