このポジションについて / About This Position
産業用測色機のマーケットリーダーとなり続けるために、X‑Rite 製品の既存顧客との関係を深め、さらに新規市場、顧客を開拓し成長させていくことをアプリケーションエンジニアとしてリードすることを使命としています。
To maintain our position as the market leader in industrial color measurement instruments, this role is responsible for leading efforts to deepen relationships with existing X‑Rite customers while developing new markets and customers to drive growth.
業務内容 / Key ResponsibilitiesX‑Rite 製品・ソリューションに関する技術担当としてセールスチームのプリセールス活動をサポートする
Support pre-sales activities as the technical lead for X‑Rite products and solutions.
X‑Rite 製品・ソリューションを顧客・パートナーに紹介・デモを行う
Introduce and demonstrate X‑Rite products and solutions to customers and partners.
顧客課題を理解し、X‑Rite カラーソリューションで解決する
Understand customer challenges and address them using X‑Rite color solutions.
セールスアカウントマネージャーと連携し製品・ソリューションを提案する
Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to identify needs and propose solutions.
プリセールス活動やデモ施設を管理・コーディネートする
Manage and coordinate pre-sales activities and demonstration facilities.
技術的観点からの提案や将来製品開発のための VOC を提供
Provide technical proposals and VOC insights for product development.
ワークフロー分析、技術相談、大型導入で顧客訪問
Conduct workflow analysis, technical consulting, and on-site visits for major deployments.
チームの X‑Rite 製品知識を最新化する支援
Ensure the team stays up to date on product knowledge.
サービスセンターへ技術知識を提供し市場問題の一次窓口となる
Provide technical support to the service center and serve as first contact for product issues.

必要経験・スキル / Required Experience & Skills
技術営業経験 5年以上
5+ years technical sales experience
理系バックグラウンド(電気信号、配線など)
STEM background (e.g., electrical signals, wiring)
顧客対応と良好な対人関係
Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills
セールスサポートとターゲット達成への情熱
Passion for sales support and achieving targets
コンピュータリテラシー、測定器関連ソフト知識
Computer literacy and software knowledge (e.g., measurement tools)
グローバル製品管理チームと連携(尚可)
Collaboration with global Product Management teams (preferred)
英語 中級以上(尚可)
English proficiency intermediate+ (preferred)
技術説明力
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

インキ調整・印刷機色調整経験
Experience in ink color adjustment or press color calibration
