Handling payment requests from HQ, vendors, etc.
Import Fixture Process Management
For props, WD kits, etc.
— checking receiving stores and allocation quantities, reconciling with invoice details, and coordinating delivery addresses with domestic logistics and HQ VMD personnel.)
VM Prop Management
Coordinating KWE deliveries, assigning KWE tracking numbers, arranging store deliveries, managing lists, and linking with Finance.)
Translation of VM Guidelines from HQ
Only when necessary) + Support in creating Japan-specific VM guidelines if needed.
SVR (Store Visit Report) Creation Support
PowerPoint support) and domestic distribution
