当社の未来を担う「タレント(才能)」である講師を発掘・獲得する、タレントアクイジションチームのアシスタントを募集します。あなたには、応募者とのコミュニケーションや、選考プロセスの円滑な進行サポートをお任せします。採用の最前線で、戦略的な人事のキャリアをスタートさせませんか?

  • 主な業務内容

・候補者(タレント)との面接日程調整

・採用パイプラインのデータ管理

・応募書類のスクリーニング補助

・採用担当者のスケジュール管理サポート など

  • 基本はPCでの入力や日程調整が中心なので、事務経験があればすぐに活躍できます(業界未経験OK)
  • Word・Excelの基本操作ができれば、職種や業界経験は問いません

高卒以上|基本的なPCスキル(Excel、Word)がある方

勤務時間:9:00~21:00

1日4時間/週4日以上 シフト制

※土曜、日曜休みも可

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1400円 〜
