Our client, a company in the investment management industry, is seeking a Relationship Director of Retail Sales to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to manage and expand client relationships, focusing on local asset managers and distributors, while driving sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- リテール営業顧客の主要な窓口として活動
- マネージングディレクターと共に営業戦略を策定・実施
- 市場動向を監視し、製品開発に関するアドバイスを提供
- 営業提案書や顧客向けプレゼンテーションの作成
- 内部および外部の規制を遵守
- 国内のアセットマネージャーとの固定金利事業の拡大
- 会社のプロファイルを促進するためのイベントを企画し、マーケティングと連携
- 新しいチームメンバーの育成・指導
- Act as primary contact for retail sales clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies with Managing Director
- Monitor industry trends and advise on product development
- Prepare sales proposals and client presentations
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Expand fixed income business with local asset managers
- Coordinate with marketing for events to promote company profile
- Train and mentor new team members
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 金融または関連分野の学士号
- 812年以上の投資関連または金融業界での経験
- 5年以上の直接顧客関係管理の経験
- 日本語と英語に堪能
- 営業および顧客サービスでの実績
- SalesforceのようなCRMシステムの経験
- ハイブリッドワーク環境での勤務が可能な方
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 5+ years' experience in direct clientrelationship capacity
- Expertise in global equity and fixed income markets
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong track record in sales and client service
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in investment management
- Ability to work in hybrid work environment
