Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking a VP/Director for their Retail Sales department.
This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow client assets, build strong client relationships, and contribute to team development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather assets to grow firm's portfolio
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Deliver firm's resources effectively to clients
- Understand and meet clients' needs
- Lead and manage the retail sales team
- Develop strategies for asset acquisition
応募資格:
- 資産管理会社での直接的な経験(必須)
- 日本語ネイティブレベルおよびビジネス英語(必須)
- CMAおよび/またはCFA資格があれば尚可
- 金融市場、商品、競合に関する強力な知識
- セールスチームの管理とリードの能力
Qualifications:
- Direct experience within an asset management firm (mandatory)
- Native Japanese and Business English proficiency (mandatory)
- CMA and/or CFA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales within financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and competitors
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team
