Work closely with our analyst teams to deliver ideas
Facilitate and support corporate access, analyst roadshows and expert events
Gather and share detailed feedback from clients

Profile required
Our Institutional Sales typically possess the following:
Strong understanding of Japan equity markets
Relevant institutional sales experience for 5-12 years
Fluency in English and Japanese
Must hold all necessary JSDA certifications
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skill
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work pro-actively, multi task and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced changing environment

Department DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated VP/Director level Japan Equity sales to join our Institutional Equity Sales team.
This is a critical execution-focused role, working directly with our exiting sales team in Tokyo and APAC to manage and expand our footprint within the Japanese equity market.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our world-class research analysts and our client base including both hedge fund (HF) and Long Only (LO) institutional investors (LO experience preferred).
