Job Description:
We are seeking a recruitment professional to play a key role in the recruitment of exceptional talent across multiple functions in the Clinical Research industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise to lead the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for assigned positions in Japan and APAC region.
- Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials that showcase our employer brand.
- SOURCE AND SCREEN potential candidates via job boards, resume databases, and social media platforms.
- Negotiate with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles, and full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Coordinate and conduct first-stage interviews, followed by thorough reporting on candidate outcomes.
- Maintain an organized database of applicants and interview results using an applicant tracking system.
- Develop strategic pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI, ensuring a robust talent pool.
- Build lasting relationships with hiring managers to understand position requirements, business needs, and recruitment objectives.
- Provide actionable insights on industry talent acquisition trends and job market analysis.
- Act as a liaison between job candidates and hiring managers, promoting a positive candidate experience and PSI employer brand.
- Deliver progress and analytical recruiting reports to stakeholders.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting processes and methods, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting is highly valued.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time sourcing and recruiting experience is required.
- Implementation of various recruitment methods and techniques is essential.
- Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices is necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is highly desirable.
- Full working proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
