Job Description:

We are seeking a recruitment professional to play a key role in the recruitment of exceptional talent across multiple functions in the Clinical Research industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to lead the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for assigned positions in Japan and APAC region.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials that showcase our employer brand.
  • SOURCE AND SCREEN potential candidates via job boards, resume databases, and social media platforms.
  • Negotiate with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles, and full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and conduct first-stage interviews, followed by thorough reporting on candidate outcomes.
  • Maintain an organized database of applicants and interview results using an applicant tracking system.
  • Develop strategic pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI, ensuring a robust talent pool.
  • Build lasting relationships with hiring managers to understand position requirements, business needs, and recruitment objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights on industry talent acquisition trends and job market analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between job candidates and hiring managers, promoting a positive candidate experience and PSI employer brand.
  • Deliver progress and analytical recruiting reports to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting processes and methods, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time sourcing and recruiting experience is required.
  • Implementation of various recruitment methods and techniques is essential.
  • Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is highly desirable.
  • Full working proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
