Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Identify, attract, and acquire top talent for various positions within the company.
• Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with recruitment agencies to find senior-level candidates that meet our requirements.
• Hiring Manager Support: Provide expert advice to hiring managers on job descriptions, hiring processes, and selection criteria.
• Recruiting Strategies: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new talent and expand our recruiting channels.
• Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by providing support and resources throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Japanese culture and business practices.

Salary

JPY 5,000,000 - 6,500,000 per annum.
