Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Type: Internship
Job Description:
- Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing techniques.
- Participate in screening calls under the guidance of Senior Talent Acquisition.
- Assist with administrative tasks involved in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing hiring documents.
- Provide support for various HR initiatives, including onboarding new hires, organizing training sessions, and contributing to HR projects as needed.
- Conduct research on the Japan and Korea job markets to understand current trends and identify opportunities for attracting top talent.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates and hiring teams, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
About You
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is essential. Knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Strong interest in the field of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
