The Talent Acquisition team is part of a global team of 60+, growing to 100 people, across multiple European countries, Tokyo, and Tel Aviv. This role is for an experienced talent acquisition partner to join the Japan talent acquisition team, responsible for finding exceptional talent for non-tech focused roles.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, managing relationships with stakeholders, and prioritizing candidate experience and quality of hire. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about improving hiring processes and impacting strategic initiatives such as diversity attraction and market mapping.
- Be project lead on recruitment, planning hiring roadmaps, and training interviewers.
- Provide guidance and insight to hiring managers based on experience, market understanding, and data points.
- Build candidate pipelines using a sourcing-first approach and provide an incredible interview experience.
- Use data to make informed decisions and drive efficiencies in the recruiting funnel, increasing candidate pass-through ratios and removing bottlenecks.
- Invent new ways to attract the best people globally, while excelling at basic recruiting best practices.
- Collaborate with the TA team and share ideas and wins to solve hiring challenges.
- Partner with talent teams to drive advertising, events, and social media campaigns to promote opportunities.
- You have previous experience in recruitment and enjoy being the advisor and leader of processes.
- You are an advocate for candidate experience excellence and consider this in every decision.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment and proactively tackling bottlenecks.
- You are able to collaborate and communicate clearly with various stakeholders in Japanese and English.
- You care about data and are accustomed to sharing pipeline and other important data with your hiring teams.
