Tokyo Third Bridge Full time

Identify and recruit top talent for multiple disciplines in Japan, working with local leadership to design strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure robust selection processes.

Drive pipeline generation for Japan, promoting employer brand across local markets via multiple channels, and maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model.

  • Support Talent Acquisition manager in developing recruitment strategies for Japan.
  • Work with stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
  • Source and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels.
  • Develop localized talent branding initiatives and other recruitment programs for Japan.
  • Develop consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, providing high-level client service to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Develop campus hiring program in Japan to maintain sustainable pipeline for early career hires.
  • Support global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities.
  • Partner with HRBP team to support onboarding and offboarding process of local employees in Japan.
  • Support Japan people projects related to retention, engagement, performance management, and our Third Bridge culture.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in managing recruiting process in fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to full-lifecycle recruiting, including req consultation, direct sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with agency partners.
  • Native in Japanese, fluent or business-level English.

  • Previous experience in end-to-end talent acquisition role, sourcing candidates across various business functions using multiple channels.
  • Proactive and self-managing, with strong stakeholder relationships and exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to position yourself as subject matter expert, open to receiving feedback.
