Your role
Are you passionate about the financial markets? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems?
We're looking for someone who can:
- Provide advisory services on fixed income products to Client Advisors (CAs) and GWM clients.
- Deliver market insights and product ideas through internal/external seminars, study sessions, and daily morning meetings.
- Serve as product owner for bond offerings within UGM:
- Manage and expand the product shelf.
- Prepare product documentation and marketing materials.
- Design operational workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and Operations and other teams for various topics.
- Collaborate with execution/trading desk and UGM APAC to drive business expansion.
Your team
Unified Global Markets (UGM) Japan team has front-to-back instrument responsibility for Equities (EQ), Fixed Income (FI), Foreign Exchange(FX), and Structured Products (SP). We create and deliver a leading offing of various capital market products aligned with our "UBS House View" for WM clients.
Your expertise
- Advanced knowledge and experience in financial products (preferably bonds; structured products, FX, equities also considered).
- Programming skills at a practical level (e.g., ability to write/edit macros).
- Business-level Japanese and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in Wealth Management business.
