【業務内容】

新卒採用担当として、採用戦略の策定~入社決定までの全てのプロセスに携わっていただきます。前例にとらわれず、ゼロからHENNGEの新しい新卒採用を形にしていただくことがミッションです。

現在は約5名体制で新卒採用に向き合っていますが、今後の目標採用人数の達成に向けて、新しい採用施策の打ち出しや、新卒採用チームとしてのさらなる成長が必要です。そのために、リーダー候補として、前例にとらわれず、ゼロからHENNGEの新しい新卒採用を形にしていただくことがミッションとなります。

■新卒採用戦略・計画の策定

■候補者フォロー(初回の面談から採用決定、そして入社に至るまでのフォロー)

■新卒採用エージェントとの連携および、KPI設計と運用

■ダイレクトリクルーティング媒体のKPI設計と運用

■採用イベントへの登壇

■新規採用チャネルの開拓

■採用施策の企画および推進

【必須経験・スキル】

■ビジネスで英語の読み書きが発生しても抵抗の無い方

上記に加えて、以下いずれか2年以上のご経験をお持ちの方

■事業会社での新卒採用経験

■人材紹介会社での新卒採用支援経験

■ダイレクトリクルーティングサービス会社での新卒採用支援経験

■採用コンサルや採用アウトソーサーとしての新卒採用支援経験

■事業会社で営業をしながら、現場面接官として新卒採用に関わられたご経験

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■新卒採用の戦略・計画の策定から具体的な採用活動の実行推進に至るまでの経験

■ITベンチャーでの新卒採用経験

■チームをリードし、マネジメントをした経験

■組織を立ち上げた経験

■TOEIC800点以上レベルの英語力(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
