Simbian Japan is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Simbian is redefining the future of Security Operations with an AI-native SOC platform powered by autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration.

With rapid growth in Japan, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can work closely with enterprise customers and partners to drive successful deployments and long-term adoption.

Role Overview:

As a TAM at Simbian, you will:

  • Lead technical onboarding and customer success activities
  • Partner closely with sales, engineering, and product teams
  • Guide customers through SOC transformation using Simbian's AI-native platform
  • Drive POV success with measurable outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, SOC managers, and security engineers

Requirements


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, SIEM/EDR/XDR, or cloud security
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with enterprise customers
  • Ability to work hands-on with APIs, integrations, and modern security tooling
  • Curiosity and passion for next-generation AI in security

This is a key expansion role for Simbian Japan with direct impact on our growth in the region.
