テクニカル・サービス・マネージャー(=エンジンメーカ担当)として、神戸にてサービス部門のグローバル・テクニカル・サービス・チームの重要なメンバーとなります。
日本のテクニカル・サービス・チームの所属部員として、サービスビジネスにおける中複雑度の技術コンサルティング業務を管理します。また、製品・サービスの開発・強化、販売・製品・契約管理活動のサポートを行い、お客様への付加価値を高めます。
担当業務
- クレームハンドリングのリード役として、情報収集、部品手配、現場とワークショップでの作業手配、検査方法の指導、問題の分析、エンジンビルダーと顧客との交渉を行います。
- 長期的な顧客関係や会社の利益を考慮しながら、技術クレーム案件を解決し、関連コストを監視する。
- リスクと機会の分析を行い、リスクを軽減しコントロールするためのアクションを提案し、開始する。
- アクセロンネットワークにおける強固な関係を構築し、グローバルなケースハンドリングを促進する。
- 製品の信頼性を確保するためのフィールドテストの実施を取り纏めます。
- 営業チーム、サービスコーディネーターチーム、カスタマーサポートチームへの技術的支援と指導の提供。
応募要件
- 機械工学または海洋工学の学士号以上。
- 日本語の読み書きおよび会話に堪能であること。
- 英語による業務遂行経験、もしくは英語が苦手では無いこと。
- ターボチャージャー市場における関連製品、アプリケーション、顧客要件に関する十分な知識を有することが望ましい。
- できれば2年以上の顧客向け技術コンサルティングの経験があり、ターボチャージャービジネスの経験とノウハウを長期的に習得する意欲があること。
- 顧客との折衝やプロジェクト管理のスキル、更にその実績があることが望ましい。
- 安全作業を重視し、関連するすべての職場安全ガイドラインに従う献身的な方。
- 高いレベルの自発性、好奇心、新技術に対する学習意欲。
- 協調的で解決策を重視するアプローチと、文書および会話によるコミュニケーションスキルを備えた、実証済みの管理能力。
- 出張をいとわないこと(日常業務の約25%)。
