自動運転技術の最前線で、システムレベルの検証・妥当性確認を統括する
【System Validation Technical Project Manager】
を募集します。
次世代のモビリティを支える自動駐車アシスタントシステムチームの所属となります。

ポジションについて
━━
本ポジションでは、SIL/HIL/実車環境でのテスト戦略の立案から、実行・評価・改善まで、システムバリデーション領域全体を技術的・組織的にリードいただきます。
また、顧客対応も含めたプロジェクトQCT(品質・コスト・納期)達成の責任者として、グローバル開発チームと密に連携します。
■具体的な業務内容
- システムバリデーションサブプロジェクトの全体戦略立案・実行・進捗管理
- テストリソース(人・環境・ツール・予算)を最適に計画・活用し、顧客マイルストーンに向けて高品質なアウトプットを提供
- テストチーム(System Test Leads、Integration Leads等)を横断的にリード
- テスト戦略策定・レビュー・改善の継続的実施

応募条件
■必須
- 10年以上のプロジェクトマネジメントの経験(計画立案・進捗・予実管理)
- システム検証・妥当性確認(V&V)領域での実務経験
- テスト戦略設計やプロセス運用に関する知識
- リスクベーステストやFMEAの理解と活用経験
- ASPICEなどのプロセスモデルに関する知識
- ビジネス上級レベルの英語スキル
