experienced Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure Technology
to support one of our

is essential.

Project Summary

We are looking for a
bilingual Technical Project Manager
to lead
complex technology migration initiatives in Japan
. The role focuses on
data center and office migrations
, with a strong emphasis on
voice, network, and collaboration technologies
.

You will work closely with
vendors, site teams, and key stakeholders
, ensuring smooth coordination, site access management, and seamless project delivery from planning through execution.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Role:
    Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure Technology (Banking Domain Exp)
  • Location:
    Nihonbashi, Tokyo, Japan
  • Work Mode:
    Onsite
  • Schedule:
    5 days per week in the office
  • Contract:
    1+ year contract (extension possible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end project lifecycle
    for infrastructure migrations and upgrades
  • Coordinate design, build, and delivery of
    network, voice, and collaboration systems
  • Oversee migration of
    Cisco systems, Trader Voice, Voice Recording systems
    , and telco voice circuits
  • Manage
    Audio-Visual and Telepresence
    system deployments
  • Liaise with vendors and support
    local site access arrangements
  • Drive stakeholder communication and
    change control processes
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting to Finance
  • Support
    procurement and contract reviews
    , ensuring SLAs and technical requirements are met
  • Develop project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports

Requirements

Language:

  • English & Japanese (
    JLPT N2 required
    )

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in
    data center and office migrations
  • Strong knowledge of
    Cisco networking, trader voice, voice recording, AV/telepresence systems
  • Familiarity with
    telco provider processes
    for voice circuit installations
  • Nice to have:
    Microsoft Teams / Microsoft 365 experience
  • Certification:
    PMP or equivalent (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong budget, timeline, and risk management capabilities
  • Understanding of
    procurement and IT contract processes
    (SLAs, technical specifications)
