本ポジションでは、5G/LTE、GNSS、Short-range Wireless、Smart Moduleなど、幅広いQuectel製品を活用する日本国内の顧客に対し、技術面から導入~設計~量産まで一貫して伴走するフィールドアプリケーションエンジニア(FAE)として活躍いただきます。

本社(中国)、R&D(欧州等)、PDMチームとのクロスボーダー連携を通じ、技術力と市場理解の両軸を磨けるポジションです。

■主な業務内容

• Quectel製無線通信モジュール(5G、LTE/LTE-A、GNSS、Short-range、SmartModule等)の技術サポート
• アンテナ、クラウド、ODM製品など周辺領域の技術支援
• 顧客へのPre/Post Sales 技術トレーニングおよび技術窓口対応
• 技術問い合わせ対応およびオンサイトサポート
• 技術プレゼンテーションやワークショップの企画・実施
• 顧客課題に合わせた技術提案、仕様検討サポート
• 開発・検証を促進するデモアプリケーション支援
• 週次の技術レポート作成や進捗管理
• 将来的にODM製品関連の技術支援プロジェクトへ参画
• 本ポジションは、上記内容を中心とした業務を担当いただきますが、割は事業状況・成長・適性に応じて柔軟に変更することがあります。

  5年以上の実務経験
• Wi-Fi/Bluetooth等の無線通信技術の基礎知識

Position Overview

Quectel is a global leader in IoT wireless communication modules, partnering with major

manufacturers, telecom carriers, and ODM/OEM companies worldwide.

In this role, you will support Japanese customers across the full product

lifecycle—from evaluation and design-in, through validation, to mass

production—utilizing Quectel's broad product portfolio (5G/LTE, GNSS,

Short-range Wireless, Smart Modules, and more).

You will collaborate closely with cross-regional teams, including HQ in China,

global R&D centers, and the Product Management (PDM) team. This position

offers an opportunity to develop both deep technical expertise and strong

commercial awareness while working in a global environment.

■Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Quectel wireless communication

modules (5G, LTE/LTE-A, GNSS, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, Short-range, Smart Modules,

etc.)

• Offer engineering support related to antenna design, cloud platform

integration, and ODM products

• Act as the primary technical point of contact in both pre-sales and

post-sales phases

• Manage customer technical inquiries and conduct on-site visits when

required

• Deliver technical presentations, product workshops, and training

sessions

• Support customer requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and

solution proposals

• Assist customers with demo application development, debugging, and

system validation

• Create weekly technical reports and manage open issues to closure

• Participate in ODM technical enablement projects depending on

business priorities Travel

■Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Embedded Software development or

Wireless Communications engineering

• Embedded system knowledge with development experience

(C/C++/Linux/RTOS, firmware development, or similar)

• Understanding of wireless technologies (4G/5G, GNSS,

Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, Cellular IoT, etc.)

• Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience

• Business-level English proficiency

• Ability to travel domestically as required

■Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ODM product development, integration, or technical

support

• Knowledge of RF engineering, antenna tuning, OTA testing, or

certification processes (TELEC/CE/FCC/PTCRB)

• Debugging or scripting experience (Python, C, C++, Linux tools)

• Experience working with IoT module vendors, carriers, or device

manufacturers

• Experience delivering technical workshops or customer

onboarding/training

• Chinese language ability is welcomed (not required)
