The SCIEX Field Service Engineer is responsible to maintain, install and repair Sciex products at both internal labo and external customer sites. This position works independently to resolve all assigned customer and technical issues.
This position is part of the Field Technical Service organization is fully remote. Company Car and tools will be provided.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:
- エンジニア(フィールドエンジニアであれば尚可)の実務経験(3年以上)、および 普通自動車運転免許を保有し、自身で運転して顧客先への訪問が可能であること。(日帰り出張や、宿泊を伴う出張があります)
- 日本語での業務支障のない言語能力(口頭での顧客対応、作業報告書の作成、社内システム入力など)
- 点検・修理・設置業務に必要な身体的動作(立つ、歩く、座る、しゃがむ、ひざまずく、階段の昇降、手や腕を使っての運搬など)が可能であること
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

フィールドサービスエンジニアは、外部顧客の施設や社内ラボにおいて、SCIEX製品のメンテナンス、修理、設置を担当します。迅速かつ的確な技術対応を通じて、装置の安定稼働を支援し、顧客満足の最大化と長期的な信頼関係の構築に貢献します。 本ポジションは質量分析装置(MS)サービス担当エリアのスーパーバイザー直属で、フィールドサービス部門に所属し、務形態は、直行直帰型の完全リモートワークとなります。
